I read this book a while ago when I was in college and immediately fell in love with Khaled Hosseini's writing that I ordered his another two books : A thousand Splendid Sun & The Mountains Echoed (Will review them soon) as soon as I completed this one. This is Khaled's first work but the way he portrayed plethora of emotions in it is Beautiful and much more impactful than many others. The Kite Runner is a story of friendship between Amir and Hassan Their love for Kites, Books, Poems. Hassan used to do Kite Running for Amir where Amir used to read books for Hassan.
